Peak Seasonal Rates: December 17 through January 7 and March 11 through April 22: $2,300.00
Notes: Payment can be made by check, Master Card or Visa.
We require a $300 Damage/Security Deposit OR Damage Protection Policy ($49) upon booking. The $300 deposit is refundable once our staff has determined that there has been no damage. The Protection Policy is not. In addition, 1/2 of the total rental amount is due upon booking with the remainder due 30 days before arrival. Note: Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.
