RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Rates are based on 7 nights, usually Saturday to the next Saturday. Check-in 2 PM, Check-out 11 AM. Meal packages are additional. Look over our MEAL PLANS for details and pricing. Excursions are a la carte, arranged onsite with Ismael.
Villas include maid. Linens are changed three times a week, and fresh towels are always available. Anything lacking simply requires a request.
To reserve Casa Soledad, we require a deposit of 50% of villa rental. If cancelled more than 60 days from arrival date, 60% of deposit will be refunded. A $300 US damage deposit will be collected upon arrival and refunded at check-out.
Final payment for the rental is due 30 days before arrival.
Food packages need to be paid in advance. upon arrival, in cash.
Cancellations up to 90 days before arrival are refunded at 90% of rental price. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the entire deposit.
