At Casa Soledad, we try to make sure your vacation is everything you want it to be, and nothing you don't want it to be. Below is a short list of some of the services we can provide; contact us if there's something you want, even if you don't see it here. You'll find that "This is not a problem" is the most common answer to your requests.
There are a ton of activities in which you can participate, from swimming at the beach to organized boat tours of a local mangrove jungle. We have a fluent local coordinator, Ismael, who makes all the local arrangements and will help you with any special requests. Activities include:
Swimming and surfing
Fishing, both shore and deep sea
Whale watching (seasonal)
Beach horse-back riding
Jungle cruise
Waterfall hikes
Kayaking through the estuary
Yoga (in our private, covered sea-side patio)
Mexican cooking classes
If any of these sound good to you, let us know, and we'll arrange it for you. It's also perfectly acceptable to just sit in the shade, watch the waves, and sip a tall, cool one...

Massage
We have a skilled massage therapist who will come to Casa Soledad to
provide you with a truly terrific massage in a private covered patio only
a few feet from the surf. Sofia is proficient in English, and normally needs
only a couple days notice to schedule. If you think you'd like a massage,
just ask and we'll arrange it.
Ground Transportation
You can rent a car at the Puerto Vallarta airport, if you like. Driving to
Casa Soledad takes about two hours and is an easy drive along the coast,
involving virtually no city driving. Or, you can have our driver pick you
up at the airport and return you there for a nominal cost that is less than
renting a car for a week.
Internet and Phones
We have satellite internet and a wireless network at the
Casa Soledad. We do not have a land-line telephone, but most cell phones
will work either on site, or at the corner, in front of the market (about
100 yards). For some reason, you'll get about 3 bars there. You might want
to check with your service provider to see what their policy is relative
to calling from Mexico.
We welcome you to experience this magical paradise!
